I’m not updating my ticker until the end of the metabolic fitness program mid-may or so, so it can’t be a ticker update… right?

Also… I did go to the gym on Friday… toes are still shockingly not black and blue.

I also pre-emptively added glucosamine chondroiton to my daily vitamins as it has done marvelous things for my knees in the past, and it seems that if I’m going to start running, it might not be a bad idea to beef things up a bit now…
