So, okay… the final straw that got me back onto this track… My brother had his heart episode, I realized my knee doesn’t control what goes in my mouth, toddlers are mocking me in the elevator, and I’ll be damned if the city of Ann Arbor (or more likely a gym in Ann Arbor) didn’t fill the roadsides with these couch potato billboards.  EVERYWHERE YOU TURN.  Fine… mission accomplished.  Head on straight.  Goals set.

So that ends looking at the past for a bit… from here on, we look forward… or maybe sideways… whatever.  Weigh-in in the morning.  I have hopes.

Food Intake:

  • Breakfast – oatmeal – 160 calories
  • Lunch – Grilled chicken salad – 500 calories
  • Dinner – pan-grilled salmon over penne in my usual sauce I use for trout – 850 calories
  • Snack – 1 oz dark chocolate – 70 calories

Not enough calories for the day, but I’m tired and going to bed.  Night!
