They really are good (I recommend the “Everything Bagel”), but that center hole is a sight to behold.  I’m either going to have to switch to deli flats are move to sliced meats… or maybe a lettuce leaf (I usually prefer shredded) insert on each side… something… I’ll figure it out.

I had intended to do the upper body workout today, but instead went to help Laurie with inventory in the Skyline Book Depository after work.  This mainly involves picking up every textbook, scanning it and moving it to some shelves.  A few hours in, and my upper body was worked.  Yikes!

Food mostly suffered from being too busy, but let’s run the numbers…

Food Intake:

  • Breakfast – Banana plus granola bar – 260 calories
  • Lunch – roast chicken – 450 calories
  • Afternoon snack – Sugar-free Jello-o – 10 calories
  • Dinner – Fish portions with guacamole and steamed potatoes – 885 calories
  • Evening Snack – Fudgsicle – 100 calories

1705 calories.  Those fish squares were sooooo good smothered in guacamole rather than tarter sauce.  I usually go with malt V, but wanted the extra calories and omega 3’s associated with the avocado.  I used extra cayenne and cumin and it was super D duper!
