I’ve said this before, but I’m hungry… hungry, hungry, hungry, HUNGRY!!!

I know I go through these periods and that it is all part of dieting, but oy-freaking-vey, this week has been a bear.  I am just hungry all the time, and I can’t figure out why.  It’s like someone flipped a friggin’ switch!  I am chewing on a fiber bar and downing a 32 oz glass of water at the moment just to try and deal with this.  Ugh… keep busy… think of other things… run the numbers.

Food Intake:

  • Breakfast – Leftover pork chop – 300 calories
  • Lunch – ham sammich, carrots, celery, hummus, and 1″ rice krispie treat – 460 calories
  • Afternoon Snack – Whole Wheat cheese crackers – 180 calories
  • Dinner – Qdoba steak burrito – 800 calories
  • Evening snack – Dreamcicle – 100 calories

1840 insufficient calories total.  Should have thrown a salad in there…
